Title: Cinnamon croutons

Yield: 10 Servings
3 tb Sugar
3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
10 French baguette slices;
-(1/2-inch)
1/4 c Apple butter
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish; stir well, and set
aside.
Brush both sides of bread slices with apple butter, and dredge in
sugar mix ture; place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Bake at 375
degrees for 10 minutes. Turn slices over, and bake an additional 10
minutes or until toast ed. Yield: 10 croutons (serving size: 1
crouton).
Per serving: 96 Calories; 1g Fat (7% calories from fat); 2g Protein;
20g Ca rbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 152mg Sodium
