Title: Cinnamon jumbles

    1/2 c  Shortening (part butter)
      1 c  Sugar
      1    Egg
    3/4 c  Buttermilk
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Flour
    1/2 ts Soda
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 c  Sugar
      1 ts Cinnamon
 
  Mix shortening, 1 cup sugar & egg. Stir in buttermilk & vanilla. Blend
  together flour, soda & salt; stir in. Chill dough. Heat oven to 400.
  Drop by teaspoonfuls of dough 2" apart on lightly greased sheet.
  Sprinkle mixture with 1/4 cup sugar & cinnamon. Bake 8-10 minutes.
