Title: Classic tuna salad

      1 cn (12 ounces) starkist light
           -tuna; drained and flaked
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
      2 ts Lemon juice; lemon pepper
           -seasoning
      1    Stalk celery; finely chopped
      2 tb Chopped black olives or
           -pickle relish
      1    Hard cooked egg; chopped
 
  Mix ingredients together and chill. For tuna melt, spread tuna salad
  on bread; top with favorite cheese and broil until bubbly.
