Title: Cleo's carrot cake

      2 c  Flour
      2 ts Soda
      2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 ts Vanilla
      1 cn (small) crushed pineapple;
           -drained
      2 c  Sugar
      1 c  Chopped nuts
      3    Eggs
    3/4 c  Oil
    3/4 c  Buttermilk
      2 c  Grated carrots
      1 c  Coconut
   
  Beat eggs, add oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and sugar.  Beat thoroughly;
  add dry ingredients, mix well. Add pineapple, carrots, coconut and
  nuts. Bake 55 minutes at 350 in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
