    1/4 c  Fat-free cottage cheese
      2    Egg whites
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c  Plus 2 tablespoons dry plain

      6 oz Turkey sausage; removed from
           -casings if necessary
      2 tb Minced onions
      2 tb Minced green peppers
    1/2 c  Snipped fresh parsley
    1/4 c  Minced celery leaves
 
  Meatballs are an all-time favorite at any party. Also, they can be
  prepared ahead, giving you more time with your guests. Just shape the
  meat mixture into balls and refrigerate them until the party. Then
  roll the balls in the coating mixture and broil. Calories, fat and
  cholesterol were reduced
