      4 c  Sugar
      3 c  Baking Cocoa
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 qt Warm Water
      2 qt Boiling Water
      4 ga Hot Milk
 
  In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix
  well. = Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat;
  stir in hot = milk.
