      4    Squares semisweet chocolate
      1    Stick margarine or butter
      1 c  Sugar
      2    Eggs; well beaten
  1 1/2 ts Vanilla
  1 2/3 c  Flour
    3/4 ts Baking soda
    1/8 ts Salt
      1 c  Water

MMMMM----------------------COCONUT MIXTURE---------------------------
     14 oz Coconut; 5 1/3 cups coconut
      1 cn Sweetened condensed milk

MMMMM--------------------------GANACHE-------------------------------
    3/4 c  Heavy cream
      2 tb Margarine or butter
 
  Melt chocolate and margarine. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and dry
  ingredients. Stir in water and mix until smooth. Bake 20 minutes 350
  degrees. top with coconut mixture and bake until firm. Cool and top
  with ganache.
  
  NOTES : Your favorite brownie mix can be substituted for the from
  scratch brownie mixture.
