  2 2/3 c  Flake coconut
    2/3 c  Sweetened condensed milk
      1 ts Vanilla
 
  This recipe was posted by Roblyn Hymes some time ago. It caught my eye
  because it looked EASY and it was, they turned out perfect (chewy
  too).  I made it even easier by not measuring. I just added a bag of
  coconut with a can of condensed milk.
  
  Heat oven to 350.  Mix coconut,milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
  Drop by teaspoonful, about 1 inch apart, onto a well-greased cookie
  sheet, pressing down ends of coconut with the back of the spoon.
  Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from
  cookie sheets. Cool on wire rack.
