    1/3 c  Milk
      1    Egg
    1/4 c  Sugar
  2 1/4 c  Baking mix
    1/2 c  Brown sugar
      3 tb Butter
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 c  Chopped nuts
 
  1. Beat together milk and egg.
  
  2.  Add sugar and baking mix.  Mix well
  
  3.  Pour batter into a greased 8" square baking pan.
  
  4.  Combine the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and chopped nuts.
  sprinkle over the batter.
  
  5.  Bake at 375 deg  for 25 minutes.
