Title: Coffee milk shake

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Strong fresh coffee
      1 pn Salt
           Ice cubes
      2 lg Scoops vanilla ice cream
  1 1/2 tb Sugar
           Whipped cream
           Shaved chocolate
 
  Pour hot coffee over ice cubes to cool.  Then put coffee, salt, ice
  cream, and sugar into mixing bowl. Beat just long enough to blend.
  Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved
  chocolate. Yield: 1 serving.
