Title: Cold apricot sour cream soup
Yield: 6 Servings
1 lb Dried apricots
Lemon juice -- to taste
1 c Heavy cream
Soak apricots in warm water (enough to cover the apricots) for 1 hour.
Whirl apricots and water in blender until pureed. Strain and add lemon
juice. Stir in cream and chill. When ready to serve, garnish with sour
