Cold Corn & Tomato Soup

Title: Cold corn & tomato soup
Yield: 6 Servings
3 c Chicken stock; or broth
1 1/2 c Tomatoes; peeled, seeded,
1 md Onion; chopped
2 c Corn; kernels
1 Bay leaf
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste
1 pn Sugar
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, partially covered
for 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Puree in a blender. (You may have to do it in 2 batches.)
