      1 md Cabbage; chopped
      1 md Bell pepper; chopped
      1 md Onion; chopped
      2 ts Sugar
      1 c  Vinegar
    3/4 c  Oil
      1 ts Dry mustard
      1 ts Celery seed
      1 ts Salt
    3/4 c  Sugar
 
  Mix cabbage, pepper, onion and 2 teaspoons sugar and set aside. In
  saucepan, mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over
  cabbage. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
