      2 qt Whole milk
    1/2 c  Flour
      3 c  Sugar
      4    -(up to)
      6    Eggs; separated
      1 pt Cream
      1 pn Salt
           Flavoring
 
  Cook egg yolks, flour & sugar with a little milk in double boiler
  until thick. When cool, add remaining milk, salt & cream. Beat egg
  whites until stiff & fold them into milk mixture. Add flavoring &
  place in ice cream freezer.
