Title: Corn bread #1
Yield: 6 Servings
1 c Corn meal
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ds Salt
1 c Buttermilk
1 tb Oil
Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and buttermilk. Place iron
skillet in 425 oven for 2 minutes. Pour batter into hot, greased
skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
