      3/4 c  pomegranate juice
      1/4 c  extra virgin olive oil
        1 TB lemon juice
        2 ts fresh mint -- chopped
      1/4 ts dry mustard
      1/4 ts salt
  
  In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine pomegranate juice, olive oil,
  lemon juice, fresh mint, dry mustard and salt. Cover and shake until
  well mixed.
