           Dashes Worcestershire
           Dash tobasco or cayenne
           Splash red wine
           Lots parmesan
      8 oz Mushrooms, halved & sauteed
      4 oz Macaroni, cooked al dente
      6    Slices American cheese
           Sprinkles chives
