Title: Pork tenderloin with orange lemon glaze

Yield: 6 Servings
1 1/2 lb Tenderloin of pork
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder
MMMMM---------------------ORANGE/LEMON GLAZE--------------------------
1/2 c Orange juice
2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 c Port wine
1/2 c Orange marmalade
Sprinkle tenderloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Place the tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan and insert a meat
thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Roast in a preheated
350 degree F. oven for about 30 minutes.
Now baste with Orange Lemon Glaze every 15 minutes until thermometer
registers 170 degrees F. and roast is nicely glazed, about 1/2 hour
longer. Yield: 1 1/4 c.
GLAZE:
Stir together all the ingredients and cook until heated through. You
may have to thin the glaze with a little orange juice.
