Title: Potstickers #1

Yield: 1 Servings
3/4 lb Ground pork
1/4 c Minced scallions
5 c Chopped cabbage (American
-or Chinese)
1 ts Finely minced ginger
1 tb White wine
1 ea Egg, beaten
1 ts Pepper
2 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Salt
1 ea Tlbs seasame oil
Dumpling Wrapper or won ton wrappers cut into rounds Place all
ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your fingers. Chill
before using. Place 1-1/2 tsps fulling in the center of each wrapper,
fold into half moon shape and pinch edges together. You can freeze
them at this point (you will have a lot of them). Put them on a
cookie sheet and freeze until solid then put them in freezer bags. Do
not defrost before cooking, just cook them a little longer. To cook:
1. Drop into boiling water and cook until they float to the surface.
or 2. Put 1 tblsp oil into a frying pan. Brown bottoms (about 2
minutes) add 1/2 cup chicken stock, cover and cook until chicken
stock evaporates about 5 minutes. Remove lid and cook a few more
