Title: Poultry seasoning butter

    1/2 lb Unsalted butter
           -- at room temp.
      1    To 2 pressed garlic cloves
           A little salt and pepper
      1 ts Fresh chopped rosemary
      1 ts Fresh chopped lemon thyme
      1 ts Fresh chopped oregano
      1 ts Fresh chopped sage
 
  Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
