      1 tb Butter
      1 tb Chopped onion
      1 c  Chopped celery
    3/4 c  Uncle ben's rice
      1 cn Mushroom soup
      1 cn Chicken & rice soup
      1 cn Beef consomme
 
  Saute onion & celery, add to other ingredients in casserole & bake at
  350 until rice is cooked approximately 1 hour.
