        1 TB olive oil
        1    handful basil leaves
  :          -coarsely chopped
        1 lb tomatoes -- coarsely
  :          chopped
  
  Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add tomatoes and cook for 5
  minutes. Add basil and cook for another minute. Serve.
