      Title: Quick grape jelly
 Categories: Canning, Fruits, Jelly
      Yield: 3 8-oz jars
 
      1 pt Grape juice
      5 ts Powdered pectin
      3 c  Sugar
 
  Stir the juice and powdered pectin over high heat until it comes to a
  full rolling boil.  Add the sugar and continue stirring until the
  mixture boils hard. Set the timer and continue to stir for 1 minutes.
  Remove from the heat and skim off any foam.  Pour the hot jelly into
  hot, clean jars. Wipe off the rims. Adjust the lids and screw bands
  and let stand without moving for 12 hours.  Label and store.
