INGREDIENTS:
1 Rabbit, cut into pieces
3 Peppercorns per rabbit
1 Bay leaf per rabbit
Salt
1/4 c Flour per rabbit
3/16 Stick butter
DIRECTIONS: Simmer rabbit pieces in salted water with peppercorns and
bay leaves until tender. Dry pieces and dredge in flour.Fry under
medium heat in butter until brown on all sides.
