    1/2 ts Honey mustard
      2 tb Raspberry vinegar
           Sea salt to taste
      3 tb Walnut oil
      3 tb Oilive oil
      1 tb Minced fresh tarragon
 
  In a bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, and salt to taste, add
  the oils in a stream, whisking;whisk until it is emulsified Stir in
  tarragon. Makes 1/2 cup. ( Fresh fields)
