2 10 oz pkgs
2 tb Superfine sugar
1 tb Kirsch or other
Frozen raspberries --
Defrosted & drained
Rub the raspberries with the back of a large spoon through a fine
sieve set over a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and kirsch, cover
tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
