      Title: Raspberry vinaigrette with dijon

      Yield: 1 Cup
 
    1/2 c  Raspberry vinegar
    1/2 c  Extra virgin olive oil
      1 cl Garlic, crushed
      2 ts Dijon mustard
 
  1.  Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. 2. Serve over chilled
  romaine and bibb lettuce.
