Title: Rhubarb relish

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 qt Cut up rhubarb
      1 qt Cut up onions
      1 pt Vinegar
      4 c  Brown sugar
      1 ts Each: mustard seed, allspic,
           Cinnamon and cloves
    1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
 
    Boil rhubard, onions and vinegar together until soft, then add the
  brown sugar and spices.  Boil slowly until thick, stirring
  occasionally to keep from sticking. Bottle in sterilized jars and
  seal immediately.
  
  Excellent with game - also with hamburgers or meat loaf.
