      4 c  Rice; Cooked
      2 c  Dairy Sour Cream
      8 oz Green Chilies; Chopped, 2 Cn
      1 lb Monterey Jack; Grated
      1 x  Salt; To Taste
    1/4 c  Cheddar; Sharp, Grated
 
  Butter a 2-quart casserole.  Mix all of the ingredients, except the
  cheddar cheese, together. Pour into the casserole and sprinkle the
  cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30
  minutes. Serve hot.
