      1 c  Rice
      6 c  Skim milk
    3/4 c  Sugar
      2 ts Vanilla extract
           -cinnamon
           -nutmeg
 
  Heat to almost boiling stirring almost constantly. Reduce heat,
  cover, and simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Add vanilla,
  cinnamon, and nutmeg.
