1 Red bell pepper, roasted,
Peeled and cut into
3/4 lb Green beans, steamed tender
1 Head of garlic, roasted,
3 tb Chopped, marinated
Sun-dried tomatoes, drained
1 tb Chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tb Toasted pine nuts or chopped
2 tb Herbed olive oil
2 tb Balsamic vinegar
3 c Chopped salad greens
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c Grated Asiago, Romano or
In large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients. Makes 4 servings.
