      1 lg Cucumber, peeled, seeded &
           Diced
      2    Cloves garlic, crushed
      2 c  Yogurt, beaten with a fork
           To
           Loosen it
      3 tb Fresh mint or 1 tbsp. dried
           Mint
 
  Preparation : Simply combine ingredients and mix together with a fork.
  Serve as a salad or side dish. Serves 4-6.
