      Title: Lemon sherbet

      Yield: 3 Pints
 
      1 c  LEMON JUICE, freshly
           Squeezed, scrape some of
           -the pulp out too
  1 1/2 c  GRANULATED SUGAR
        pn SALT
      1 qt MILK
 
  Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Freeze in metal bowl or three
  ice cube trays in the freezer.
