      2 c  Warm Water
      3 ts Honey
      2    Slice Lemon
      2    1" Stick Cinnamon, Broken
      2    Tea Bag
           Lemon Slice (Opt.)
 
  In a nonmetal mug combine water, honey, lemon slice, and cinnamon.
  Micro-cook mixture, uncovered, on 100% power about 1 1/2 minutes or
  just till steaming hot. Add tea bag. Cover and steep for 4 minutes.
  Remove tea bag, lemon slice, and cinnamon.  Garnish with an
  additional lemon slice, if desired.
