      2    Eggs, beaten
    1/4 c  Cottage cheese
 
  Melt the butter in a frying pan, and remove from heat. Combine beaten
  eggs and cottage cheese, and pour into frying pan. Return pan to low
  heat, and stir the egg mixture with a for until set. Serve separately
