      Title: Smoked chicken sandwich w/pepper slaw

      Yield: 4 Sandwiches
 
           -Robbie Shelton
      1 c  Thinly Sliced Cabbage
    1/2 c  Red Pepper, seeded and
           -sliced thin (1/2 pepper)
      1 tb Mayonnaise
      1 ts Mustard
           Salt and Pepper (opt)
      8 sl Seeded Rye Bread
  1 1/2 c  Shredded Smoked Chicken
 
  Combine the cabbage, red pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard in a bowl
  and let the mixture stand for approximately 30 minutes. Taste for
  seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste, if necessary.
  
  Spread the cabbage mixture on half of the bread slices. Add a thick
  layer of shredded chicken to each, and top with a second slice of
  bread.
