2 5 Oz. Sole Fillets
5 Mushrooms Chopped
2 tb Chopped Parsley
2 tb Chopped Shallots
2 tb Peeled & Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 c Soave OR Dry White Wine
Salt & Pepper
Cover Bottom Of Baking Dish With Half The Tomatoes. Sprinkle With
Half The Mushrooms, Parsley & Shallots. Lay The Fish Onn Top And
Cover With The Rest Of The Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Shallots And Parsley.
Pour The Soave Over The Mixture. Sprinkle With Salt & Pepper And
Bake At 350 Degrees For 30 Minutes.
