Title: Sour cream banana bread

      Yield: 1 Loaf
 
    1/2 c  Butter (1 stick)
      1 c  Sugar
      2    Eggs
      1 ts Vanilla extract
  1 1/2 c  All-purpose flour
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 c  Mashed bananas (about 3)
    1/2 c  Chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/2 c  Sour cream
 
  Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry
  ingredients; mix. Add the mashed bananas, nuts and sour cream. Bake
  in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour.
