      Title: South of the border flip (tvp tacos)

      2 c  Tvp, dry
  1 3/4 c  Boiling water
      1 cn Tomatoes, canned -- 28 oz
      1 ts Basil
      1 ts Oregano
    1/2 ts Cumin
    1/2 ts Thyme
      1 ts Salt
      1 ea Pepper -- to taste
      1 tb Chili powder
      1 ea Onion -- diced
 
  Reconstitute TVP in boiling water. Simmer TVP, and all the
  ingredients to blend.
