1 Bottle White Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic -- minced
2 Jalepeno Pep Quartered
3 Sprigs Cilantro
1/2 Lime, -- halved
5 Sun-Dried Tomatoes --
Halved
Heat vinegar to boiling. Put remaining ingredients in a glass
bottle. Pour hot vinegar into bottle. Let cool, then cap and store
in a cool place, letting steep for 2 weeks. It turns a pretty red
color and is great in Southwestern dishes
