    1/4 c  Firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c  Stone ground mustard
    1/4 c  Beer
    1/2 ts Celery seed
      8    New potatoes, sliced 1/4" tk
      2 c  Carrots, sliced 1/4" thick
      1    Onion, thinly sliced
      1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat, sliced
           -(12 oz)
 
  Heat oven to 375'F. In bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, beer, and
  celery seed. Divide vegetables and SPAM on four 12" square pieces of
  foil. Drizzle mustard mixture over vegetables. Fold foil to form
  packets. Bake 45-60 minutes or until hot.
