      1 cn SPAM Luncheon Meat,
           -chopped (12 oz)
      4 c  Shredded Monterey Jack
           -cheese with peppers
      6    8" flour tortillas
           Guacamole
           CHI-CHI's Salsa
 
  Combine SPAM and cheese. Spoon meat mixture over 3 tortillas. Top with
  remaining tortillas. In lightly greased griddle, heat filled tortilla
  over medium-high heat until soft and cheese is melted, turning once.
  Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut each tortilla stack into 6
  wedges. Serve with guacamole or salsa.
