      Yield: 3 Cups
 
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1 tb Flour
    3/4 c  Red Wine Vinegar
      1 ts Salt
      1 tb Worchestershire sauce
  1 1/2 tb Onion powder
      2 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 c  Ketchup
      1 ts Celery seed
      1 c  Salad oil
 
  Cook sugar, flour and vinegar until thickened.  Add remaining
  ingredients except oil.  Blenderize thoroughly and slowly add oil.
