MMMMM-----------------BEEF, POULTRY, PORK, LAMB----------------------
      1 c  Bloody mary mix
           Juice of 1/2 lemon
      1 tb Prepared horseradish
      1 tb Dijon mustard
      2 tb Mild canned green chiles
           -finely chopped
    1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
 
  Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Makes about 1-1/3 cups
