Title: Spinach-egg spread

      Yield: 1 Recipe
 
      2 pk Frozen chopped spinach;
           - thawed, well-drained
    1/2 c  Onion
    1/2 c  Celery; diced
    1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
  1 1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Lemon juice
  1 1/2 ts Horseradish
      4    Hard-cooked eggs; chopped
    1/8 ts Salt
           Black pepper; optional
 
       Mix drained, thawed spinach with remaining ingredients.
  Refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
  :      Pack in container and place in ice chest, being sure it stays
  cold. Make into sandwiches at the beach. Goes well with dark bread.
