    1/2 c  Ketchup
    2/3 c  Tomato juice
    1/4 c  Red wine -- or purple grape
           --FOR CHICKEN OR PORK--
    1/2 c  Soy sauce
    1/2 c  Pineapple juice
    1/4 c  White wine-or white grape
 
  Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken up
  to 24 hours in the fridge. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce to
