      Title: Steak diane dijon
 Categories: Main dish, Meats, Beef
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb Boneless sirloin steak,1/4"
      2 tb Dijon mustard
           Freshly ground black pepper
      3 tb Butter or margarine
    1/4 c  Finely minced fresh onion
      1    Medium clove garlic,minced
      1 c  Sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c  Beef broth
    1/4 c  Brandy
 
    Pound steak to 1/8" thickness.Coat one side of steak with
  mustard.Sprinkle with pepper.Roll steak to coat both sides.Set
  aside.In a large skillet,melt butter.Add onion and garlic.Cook until
  onion is tender.Stir in mushrooms and broth.Cook to reduce
  slightly.Unroll steak.Place in sauce.Cook as desired,turning
  once.Pour brandy over all.Ignite carefully.When flame dies,serve
  immediately.
