      Title: Stir-fried garlic shrimp
 Categories: Fish
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 lg Cloves,garlic,finely
           -chopped
      2 ts Vegetable oil
           -I pound frozen peeled and
           -deveined raw medium
           -shrimp, thawed
      3 c  Sliced fresh mushrooms
           -(about 8 ounces)
      1 c  L-inch pieces green onions
           -(with tops)
    1/4 c  Dry white wine
      2 c  Hot cooked rice
 
  Stir-frying makes this delicious dish especially fast and easy to
  prepare.
  
  Cook garlic in oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat I
  minute, stirring frequently. Add shrimp; stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in
  mushrooms, onions and wine; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until shrimp
  are pink and vegetables are hot. Serve  over rice.
