      Title: Strawberry jam3

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 qt Fresh or frozen
           Strawberries
           Unsweetened
      1 qt White sugar
 
  Thaw & mash strawberries.  Add white sugar.  Boil for 8 minutes in a
  laege pot.  Remove from stove & let cool. Stir & skim off any foam.
  Bottle in sterilized jars.
