      Title: Stuffed artichokes dijon
 Categories: Vegetables, Side dish
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2    Artichokes,cut lengthwise
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 tb Butter,melted
      4 tb Dijon style mustard
    1/4 lb Pork sausage,cook,drain
      1    Small clove garlic,crushed
     10 oz Fresh spinach,cook,drained
    1/2 c  Fresh bread crumbs
           Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
 
    In a 4 quart saucepan,cook artichokes in boiling water,to which
  lemon juice has been added,15 minutes or until tender.Drain.Arrange
  in a shallow pan.Mix butter and 1 tablespoon mustard.Drizzle over
  artichokes.Combine remaining ingredients except cheese.Spoon on
  artichokes.Sprinkle with cheese.Broil until cheese is melted.
